Blogging is one of my FAVORITE formats for creating long-form, evergreen content. Can’t you tell?! 😉 There are so many incredible benefits to blogging… but how can you measure the actual “success” of your blog? How do you know if all that time you’re spending has an actual ROI (return on investment)? To measure the success of your blog you’re going to need to track the right Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In this blog post, we’ll explore the eight essential KPIs that every blogger should track. 

Here are the 8 essential KPIs that every blogger should track

1.) Website Traffic

This fundamental KPI measures the overall volume of visitors to your blog. Be sure to look at the total number of visitors, unique visitors, and page views. Increasing traffic indicates that your content resonates with your audience, attracting more readers to your site.

Bounce rate represents the percentage of visitors who navigate away from your blog after viewing only one page. A high bounce rate might indicate irrelevant content or poor website usability. The idea is to keep readers on your blog; you watch them to binge your blog like they binge Netflix!
